We are seeking a Project Sales Engineer – Solar to drive project based sales across the KSA market. The role focuses on identifying and securing solar PV opportunities with EPCs, contractors, developers, and industrial clients, while delivering technical and commercial excellence throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow the project sales pipeline in commercial, industrial, and utility solar sectors.
- Engage with EPCs, consultants, and key market stakeholders to position our solutions effectively.
- Conduct technical assessments, prepare proposals/BOQs, and support engineering teams in solution design.
- Lead end-to-end sales activities including pricing, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Coordinate internally with logistics, procurement, and operations to ensure seamless project execution.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in solar project sales and outdoor sales in KSA is mandatory.
- Strong network with EPCs, contractors, and industrial clients.
- Technical knowledge of PV systems (modules, inverters, design concepts).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic communication is required.
