Job Title: Project Sales Executive
About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Project Sales Executive to represent our real estate projects and drive successful sales through strong communication, client relationship building, and professional project presentations. This role requires someone who is confident, proactive, and passionate about the real estate market in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent and promote assigned real estate projects to clients, partner companies, and brokers.
  • Conduct project presentations, briefings, and meetings with external agencies.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and business partners.
  • Generate new leads through networking, outreach, and follow-ups.
  • Handle inquiries professionally across phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Assist clients throughout the full sales cycle—from initial inquiry to closing the deal.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate information, availability, and documentation.
  • Provide regular sales updates, market feedback, and performance reports.
  • Participate in property viewings, events, and project launches when required.
  • Maintain high product knowledge and stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in presenting projects to clients and other companies.
  • Basic understanding of Dubai real estate market (training can be provided).
  • Excellent sales negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
