Project Sales Executive (Building Materials)

We are seeking a dynamic, goal-oriented, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Project Sales Division. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a comprehensive range of building materials, including tiles, marble, paints, electrical lighting, and sanitary products.

This position requires a proactive professional with solid knowledge of the construction industry and the ability to build strong relationships with key project stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Development

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the building materials and construction sector.
• Promote and sell products to contractors, architects, consultants, developers, and other decision-makers.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide timely support.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and product presentations; negotiate terms and close sales confidently.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities, client communication, and contracts.

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain updated documentation of project pipelines, communication logs, and sales performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and efficient after-sales support.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven sales experience in building materials or construction (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
