We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Sales Executive with experience in interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving project sales from initial inquiry through to project closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the interior fit-out and construction sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, designers, and contractors
- Actively pursue project leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with design and estimation teams to prepare proposals
- Present company capabilities, proposals, and solutions to clients effectively
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Track project progress and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams
- Maintain an updated pipeline of projects and provide regular sales reports
- Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in project sales within interior fit-out, construction, or related industry
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and project lifecycle
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and generating revenue
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is an advantage
- Valid driving license (preferred, depending on location)
