Project Sales Executive (Lighting / MEP Projects)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Project Sales Executive focused on project-based sales (not retail).

The role involves developing business with consultants, contractors, and developers, from lead generation to closing.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and secure new lighting / MEP project opportunities

- Build relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers

- Handle BOQs, quotations, and technical submittals

- Follow up on tenders and project pipelines

- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver project requirements

- Negotiate and close deals

Requirements

- Proven experience in Project Sales (Lighting, Electrical, MEP, or Construction)

- Strong network with consultants / contractors

- Experience in tenders, BOQs, and project discussions

- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently

- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

- Driving license required

Compensation

- Salary + strong commission structure
