Project Sales Executive (Tiles) – Sharjah, UAE

Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

Job Description

We are looking for a Project Sales Executive (Tiles) to join our dynamic team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project sales for tiles and related building materials, excellent market knowledge, and a proven track record of dealing with contractors, consultants, and developers across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities for tile products within the UAE market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and project managers.
  • Handle end-to-end project sales — from lead generation and quotation to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations and technical support to clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new project developments.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of UAE experience in project sales of tiles, sanitary ware, or building materials (mandatory).
  • Strong network and contacts within the construction industry — especially contractors, consultants, and developers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage key accounts.
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
