Project Sales Manager (Gujarat)

India

Experience in project sales within the building materials or Building Envelope industry.

Mandatory Experience in sales of profiles, panels, cladding, façade, PEB-related products, or other project-oriented construction materials

Technical Skills: Project sales cycle management, specification selling, commercial negotiation, CRM/ERP proficiency, MS Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and win Building Envelope material supply contracts by influencing specifications and driving engagement with key project stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with large corporates, architects, consultants, EPC/PEB companies, façade contractors, and other project influencers
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, technical discussions, and proposal submission to negotiation and order closure
  • Work closely with internal teams for order processing, production scheduling, and dispatch coordination
  • Monitor competitor products, pricing trends, and market developments to strengthen our market positioning
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, project pipelines, and client databases.
