Project Scheduler / Planner

Job description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Scheduler to join our dynamic team. The Project Scheduler will be responsible for creating and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives. This is a critical role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect changes in timelines, resources, and scope.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather project requirements and constraints.
• Identify potential scheduling conflicts and provide solutions to mitigate risks.
• Prepare reports and presentations on project status for internal teams and clients.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables by coordinating with team members and resources.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• With proven 5 years' experience as a Project Scheduler or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills..
• Only Freelancer will be accepted.
• Must be locally available in Qatar.
• A holder of valid Qatar ID.
• Ability to join immediately.

Project details:

• Location: Dukhan
• Project: Dukhan Solar PV Project
• Duration: 3 months, extendable
• Working hours: 10 hours daily / 6 days per week
