TriVector Services, Inc., is seeking qualified candidates to fill our Project Scheduling Analyst IV position.

Description/Duties:

The Project Scheduling Analyst will provide scheduling support for the Space Launch System Program under the NASA Consolidated Program Support Services PP&C contract at Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC). The work entails integrating, managing and coordinating schedules for various Program stakeholders. Duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Develop Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) utilizing NASA and/or Industry standards along with best practices.
  • Provide updates to include, status through time now, review relationships and logic, and verify remaining durations as adequate. Conduct analysis of schedule performance, work remaining, calculate metrics, produce the top-five critical paths, and make recommendations to the NASA management team.
  • Conduct “health assessments” to ensure scheduling best practices are followed (e.g., accurate status, complete network logic), compare last month’s IMS submittal to the previous month’s submittal, and document all changes, variance explanations, impact statements, and corrective actions.
  • Participate in weekly project meetings with project personnel and subject matter experts to gather schedule status information.
  • Develop, status, report, and document schedules and metrics for program management. Provide schedule analysis and report schedule findings as required.
  • Produce a monthly report documenting all findings, concerns, and recommendations to the NASA PP&C and Element management team.
Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications

  • US Citizenship required
  • 10-15 years of experience
  • Experience performing probabilistic schedule risk analysis and schedule health analysis
  • Experience using Microsoft Project and schedule risk tools (Full Monte, Acumen Fuse, etc.)
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, etc· Experience with implementation and management of an IMS

Required Qualification

  • NASA or DoD experience
  • Experience with developing schedules for large aerospace systems
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other related certifications
  • Membership with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and/or the College of Performance Management (CPM)
