Project Site Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer with strong experience in interior fit-outs to join our project team. The ideal candidate will oversee on-site execution, ensure quality workmanship, and coordinate with all stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring all interior fit-out works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to maintain smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Review technical drawings, identify discrepancies, and provide practical solutions to resolve issues on site.
• Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and update the project manager on timelines, material requirements, and site constraints.
• Ensure implementation of safety protocols, site cleanliness, and compliance with company and statutory requirements.
• Conduct quality checks for carpentry, MEP, gypsum, flooring, painting, and other interior activities.
• Manage material inspection, storage, and usage to minimize wastage and maintain cost efficiency.
• Assist in preparing snag lists and ensure timely rectification before project handover.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience in interior fit-out projects (commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential).
• Strong technical knowledge of materials, finishes, and fit-out construction processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
