Project Site Manager

About the Role
Curvacraft is seeking a Project Site Manager to lead on-site execution of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about turning design visions into reality. This is a project-based contract, with potential for future collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work meets design, quality, and schedule standards.
• Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Manage authority approvals and ensure full compliance with UAE regulations. ( if Necessary only )
• Monitor progress, budgets, and material logistics.
• Prepare site reports and ensure health & safety standards.

Requirements

• UAE experience in interior fit-out site management is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of local authority approvals (Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, Trakhees, etc.).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Background in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Architecture preferred.
