Project Specialist

Cairo, Egypt

Job objective :

The Project Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects within the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency goals for the Plasma Procurement Department.



Environment :

The Project Specialist collaborates with internal departments such as Operations, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and IT, as well as external stakeholders including vendors, and service providers. This role may have an international scope, requiring communication with global teams and partners.


Key responsibility :

- Plan, implement, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion and alignment with business objectives.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project deliverables.

- Develop project documentation, including timelines, risk assessments, and progress reports.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.

- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

- Facilitate communication among stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status.

- Support process improvements and optimize project workflows.

- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.

-Oversee requirement organization CAPA implementations

-Document and manage Data Integrity Assessments for all GEPD PP systems, including GNS, Checkit, AP Business Suite 4 SAP HANA, SGP/PLS and others.

-Manage all corporate and quality systems and reports from corporate level

-Other duties as assigned.


Academic experience required :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.


Professional experience required :

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an operational, regulatory, or technical environment.
  • Experience working in a multinational organization or managing projects with an international scope is an advantage.


Computing skills :


  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalent). Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
