About the Role

As a Project Specialist at Kolektif House, you will play a key role in shaping our performance culture by partnering with team leaders to design and track KPIs, build insightful dashboards, and ensure data-driven decision-making that drives efficiency, growth, and member experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team leaders to clarify target trees (North Star → Outcome → Output → Activity).
• Prepare and version KPI definition cards (formula, data source, frequency, owners, thresholds).
• Ensure SMART/OKR alignment and streamline redundant/overlapping metrics.
• Build weekly/monthly dashboards (sales conversion, NPS, FRT, occupancy, CAC/LTV, churn, SLA compliance).
• Establish control lists and automated checks for data accuracy, consistency, and audit trail.
• Deliver executive summaries (trend, variance, root cause, action items).
• Plan and moderate weekly KPI reviews & monthly performance council meetings.
• Update RAG (Red/Amber/Green) status and RID (risk–issue–dependency) logs.
• Track CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions) ownership, deadlines, and impacts.
• Identify bottlenecks and waste points.
• Update SOPs/workflows and enforce digital tool standards (KoPlanet, CRM, BI, PM tools).
• Work closely with finance, sales, operations, CX, and marketing teams.
• Create quick training sessions and “how-to” guides for KPI and reporting methodology.
• Ensure data privacy, access rights, and internal audit standards.
• Maintain change logs and safeguard single source of truth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics/Business, Management Information Systems, or similar.
• 3–4 years in reporting, business analysis, or project/performance management.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, advanced formulas, conditionals, data cleaning).
• BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker Studio).
• Basic SQL (select/join/aggregate) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Jira/Asana/Trello/Notion.
• Knowledge of KPI/OKR methodology and statistical thinking (trends, correlation, seasonality).
• Strong Turkish writing/presentation & professional English reading/writing.
• Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving (root cause analysis).
• Planning & Tracking (multi-stakeholder projects).
• Communication & Stakeholder Management (clear, respectful, evidence-based).
• Learning Agility (quickly adapting to new tools/metrics).
• Detail & Quality Focus (data hygiene, version control, documentation).
