We’re Hiring: Project Specialist – Construction & ID Fit-Out | UAE

We’re looking for a dedicated Project Specialist to join our team supporting the delivery of construction and interior fit-out projects across the UAE. If you have strong site execution experience, solid technical knowledge, and hands-on involvement in planning, cost control, and stakeholder coordination, this role is for you.

About the Role

🔹 Role: Project Specialist – Construction & ID Fit-Out

🔹 Location: Dubai, UAE (Site-Based)

🔹 Contract Duration: 24 Months

🔹 Industry: Construction / Interior Fit-Out / Commercial Projects

🔹 Experience: 5–10 years (UAE experience required)

🔹 Driving Licence: Valid UAE Driving Licence (mandatory)

As a Project Specialist, you will play a key role in end-to-end project delivery , supporting planning, execution, coordination, cost control, and handover activities. You will work closely with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and authorities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with UAE regulations.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role ideal for professionals who are comfortable operating close to site operations and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Support full project lifecycle delivery across fit-out, civil, and MEP works
• Read, review, and coordinate IFC drawings, shop drawings, RCPs, and MEP layouts
• Manage site execution, coordination, snagging, handover, and project documentation
• Develop and track project schedules using MS Project or Primavera
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and support mitigation actions
• Handle cost control and procurement processes including RFPs, BOQ review, MREs, LPOs, and GRNs
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements (DM, DCD, etc.)
• Support contract administration, variations, and claims management
• Maintain quality, safety, and risk standards across all project phases
• Prepare regular progress reports, cost updates, and status documentation

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• 5–10 years of experience in construction and ID fit-out projects (UAE-based)
• Strong site experience with fit-out, civil, and MEP coordination
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and planning tools ( MS Project / Primavera )
• Strong understanding of UAE authority processes and regulations
• Experience in budgeting, procurement, and cost control
• Knowledge of quality, safety, and risk management standards
• Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders
