Project Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Specialist with a Civil Engineering background and at least 3 years of experience to support and manage cross-functional projects related to our e-commerce operations, infrastructure development, logistics facilities, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with project coordination skills to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities related to warehouses, fulfillment centers, logistics infrastructure, and operational improvements
• Support end-to-end project lifecycle management, from initiation and planning to execution and closure
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, IT, procurement, and finance) to ensure project alignment with business goals
• Coordinate with external contractors, consultants, suppliers, and service providers
• Review technical drawings, BOQs, schedules, and project documentation
• Track project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables; prepare regular progress reports
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and company policies
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and scalability of e-commerce operations
• Assist management in feasibility studies, cost estimates, and resource planning

• Preferred Skills & Experience
• Experience supporting projects in e-commerce, logistics, warehouses, or retail infrastructure
• Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar engineering software is an advantage
• PMP or project management certification is a plus
