About the Role
We are looking for a Product Specialist Intern to join our team and learn about data platforms, reporting tools, as well as compliance, quality, and usability standards. In this role, you will help with research, testing, and supporting product file deployment and monitoring.
This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience on how product files are developed, deployed, and continuously improved.
What You will Do
  • Assist in updating project guides and simple documentation.
  • Help review data and report any issues you find.
  • Support the team during new product launches, project work and updates.
  • Assist in tracking product plans and updating documentation.
  • Ability to communicate with internal and external customers.
What We Are Looking For
  • Curious and willing to learn about products and processes.
  • Good oral and written communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
  • Comfortable using basic tools like Excel, Visual Project Management tools, Document Management Platforms, and SQL
  • Interest in technology and Product onboarding life cycles
