We’re currently growing in the multi-family housing market and are seeking a Project Superintendent to join our Orlando-area team
Our Project Superintendents roles consist of various levels and are responsible for assisting or leading at-risk projects from start to finish. They contribute to the overall satisfaction of our clients as well as the enterprises profitability by ensuring safety, schedule, budget quality and customer expectations are met.
Position Summary:
As a Project Superintendent, you will take ownership of all onsite aspects of our residential construction projects. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, ensure adherence to schedules and budgets, and maintain the highest safety and quality standards. This role is crucial to delivering projects that meet and exceed client expectations.
You’ll be working on a mix of ground-up and renovation projects, including market-rate apartments, senior living facilities, and affordable housing units.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and update the master construction schedule
Coordinate materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and execution
Enforce safety standards and cultivate a safe and productive job site culture
Communicate effectively with project teams, vendors, and clients to manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Provide accurate daily and weekly reports and job logs
Participate in preconstruction and subcontractor buyout processes, offering insight on scopes of work and vendor selection
Monitor costs under your supervision and provide input on budget variances
Drive accountability across all site operations
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Superintendent in multi-family residential construction
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects from start to finish
Strong knowledge of field operations, scheduling, design specifications, and plan interpretation
Working understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); scheduling software knowledge is a plus
OSHA 30 certification required
