Project Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day project activities at the site
• Manage workforce and ensure work quality as per project standards
• Coordinate with the project manager and site engineers
• Monitor material usage and ensure timely reporting
• Ensure safety and compliance at the project site

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in site/project supervision (preferably construction/infrastructure)
• Ability to handle workforce and site activities independently
• Willingness to relocate within Odisha as per project needs
• Good communication and reporting skills
