Project Supervisor (Architect)

Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design,
• 3–5 years’ experience preferably in retail,
• Ability to integrate interior architecture with wider multidisciplinary workflows,
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, Vectorworks and other design software,
• Highly proactive, team-oriented and adaptable to dynamic, fast-paced work environments,
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
• Solid space planning skills and familiarity with construction methods and materials,
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare preliminary design layout plan and execute detailed evaluation of potential sites according to brand guideline, identity, concept standards and physical suitability criteria,
• Prepare 3D presentations and renders for possible locations and project,
• Coordinate with relevant consultants and administrative teams, collect all necessary technical and administrative feedback and initiate the initial design process,
• Execute test-fit studies and share with the brand design team after incorporating necessary notes,
• Share design drawings with relevant stakeholders, manage feedback and ensure timely completion of revisions,
• Ensure all project documentation and information are accurately transferred to the construction project manager,
• Participate and coordinate in weekly international design meetings to monitor progress, identify risks in advance and ensure adherence to the project timeline,
• Explore innovative materials and techniques that enhance future projects.
