Project Supervisor (Electrical)

We are looking for a technically sound and experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee site-based electrical works, lead the technical team, and ensure timely execution of project deliverables in accordance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the execution of electrical installation works at site including LV/MV cable laying, panel installations, grounding, and lighting systems.
• Review technical drawings, ensure installation compliance, and resolve any site-level discrepancies.
• Monitor work progress and report daily updates to the Project Engineer or Site Manager.
• Allocate tasks to electricians and technicians, and supervise their performance.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, client representatives, and internal departments.
• Perform basic testing and inspection of installed systems before handover.
• Maintain proper documentation including site logs, material usage, and labor reports.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: DAE (Electrical), B.Tech, Electrical or equivalent technical certification
• Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in electrical supervision on industrial or commercial projects
• Project Exposure: Must have hands-on experience in power distribution, electrical infrastructure, or EPC-related projects

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of electrical drawings, layouts, and installation standards
• Ability to lead a team of technicians and electricians
• Practical knowledge of safety practices and permit-to-work systems
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in basic reporting and documentation (Excel, daily reports, etc.)

Preferred Attributes

• Experience working under contracting firms or EPC contractors
• Familiarity with local electrical codes and standards
• Ability to work extended hours or shifts as per project requirements
