RMU Electrical Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the installation of RMUs, including wiring, mounting, and integration with existing MV infrastructure.
• Ensure all work is executed in accordance with approved technical drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure timely progress aligned with project schedules.
• Coordinate with operation, telecom, and protection teams for signal testing and communication validation.
• Manage subcontractors and site labor to maintain productivity, quality, and safety.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
• Report site progress, issues, and risks to the Site Manager or system Integration Lead.
• Assist in resolving technical and operational issues related to RMU deployment.
• Maintain accurate records of installation activities, test results, and materials used.
• Support testing and commissioning of RMUs, including communication and telemetry checks.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Application Question(s):

• • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field?
• Hands-on experience with RMUs, RTUs, or similar remote monitoring devices?
• Familiarity with automation systems, communication protocols, and telemetry integration?
• Knowledge of IEC standards and local electrical codes?
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical documentation?
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Urdu or other regional languages is a plus?
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills?

• Experience in utility or infrastructure projects involving remote monitoring and automation?
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and electrical safety standards?
• Proficiency in MS Office and site reporting tools?

Experience:

• electrical site supervision MV system & automation projects: 5 years (Required)
