Job Title: I&C (Instrumentation & Control) Supervisor
Location: Tharparkar, Sindh

Reporting To: I&C Manager / Maintenance Lead
Job Purpose:
To ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation and maintenance of all Instrumentation and Control systems. The I&C Supervisor will lead and supervise daily maintenance activities, ensuring strict compliance with safety procedures, permit to work systems, and risk assessment protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of all I&C equipment (PLC, DCS, sensors, transmitters, etc.).
- Ensure all activities are carried out in full compliance with HSE standards, company policies, and legal regulations.
- Implement and manage the Permit to Work (PTW) system, ensuring proper isolation and authorization for all I&C maintenance tasks.
- Conduct Risk Assessments prior to initiating any maintenance work, identifying potential hazards and implementing control measures.
- Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings for the team before starting any job.
- Troubleshoot I&C systems and provide technical guidance to junior technicians.
- Monitor performance of I&C systems and recommend improvements.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of maintenance activities, permits, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with other departments (Electrical, Mechanical, Operations) for integrated maintenance planning.
- Ensure timely reporting of incidents, near misses, and ensure corrective actions are taken.
Required Qualifications:
- DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in Electrical or Electronics.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in I&C maintenance, preferably in the power or mining sector.
- Strong understanding of instrumentation & control systems, loop diagrams, control logic, and field instruments.
Skills & Competencies:
- In-depth safety knowledge and practical experience in implementing safety protocols.
- Sound knowledge of Permit to Work systems and Risk Assessment procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and control schematics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with control systems (e.g., PLC, DCS, SCADA) and field instrumentation.
Work Environment:
- Site-based role located in Tharparkar, requiring work in a remote, challenging, and high-temperature environment.
- Rotational work schedule may apply.

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
