Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and ensure smooth operation of our equipment and facility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical knowledge and the ability to supervise technicians effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and supervise maintenance of AC units, refrigerators, and chillers.
• Ensure weekly cleaning and upkeep of equipment.
• Handle basic electrical work when required.
• Stay updated on market rates for parts, materials, and services.
• Supervise technicians and ensure tasks are completed properly under your observation.
• Report maintenance activities and keep records of work done.

Requirements:

• Proven knowledge of AC, fridge, and chiller maintenance.
• Experience in electrical work and troubleshooting.
• Strong supervisory skills to oversee technicians.
• Good understanding of market pricing for materials.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
