Project Supervisor.Core Network Development & B2B

The Gated Communities Demand & Solution Supervisor role is to manage the Core Network Enterprise opportunities with customers by providing the optimum end to end technical solutions/service with the best cost and implementation plan for Gated communities and business parks (palm hills) including:

• Provide Full solution design, costing, Business model and BC for Palm hills compounds.
• Design the high-level solution for consumers, retail, business, hotels , malls , educational and clubs customers either:-

1. GPON and Pont to Pont
2. Passive Fiber and Copper
3. Active solutions
4. Professional services
5. Support and maintenance
6. Spare parts
7. Subcontractors and in-house partnerships
8. Smart Gated and Smart home solutions
9. Transmissions solutions
10. Telecom Egypt connectivity’s and partnerships for fiber and fixed
11. Quad play services (Voice, Data, IPTV, GSM)
12. Consumer, Retail, Enterprise solutions Infrastructure
13. Unified communication
14. Video Surveillance
15. Video streaming
16. WiFi
17. Access control

• Monitor the actual activation customers versus the business case and trigger business case updates if needed for all palm hills 8 compounds.

Main Responsibilities

 End to End accountability for Palm hills Gated compounds & Business parks low level design solutions within the agreed SLA.
 Manage expansions of palm hills Gated and Business parks versus locked Business cases
 Design the solution and build the business case of expansion phases of palm hills 8 gated communities and business parks.
 Develop Potential area (Fiber & wireless) for better services offering and optimized costs for palm hills customers.
 Manage demand , design the solution and initiate the business case of palm hill compounds end customers (13,000 consumers + 929 Enterprise).
 Manage developments of Etisalat, ISP and partners Capabilities and standardization for EBU services inside Palm hills.
 Manage the partners echo-system to enrich Etisalat Portfolio to serve palm hills end customers.
 Lead Integration of different technology teams with commercial team in end to end including my Etisalat application.
 Lead the development operation processes, SLA and escalation matrix between Etisalat and palm hills.
 Lead the integration between existing IPTV systems and Etisalat IPTV systems.
 Post assessment for Palm hills business cases to make sure that the deal cost and revenue is above the business case approved margins.
 Manage securing the budget and issuing POs to vendors/ suppliers to fulfill Etisalat scope in 8 palm hills gated communities and business and make sure that all POs are within the approved cost within the business case and POs will cover the following scope:-

• Electromechinal infrastructure operation and maintenance.
• Cisco vendor support PO for Palm hills existing Cisco infrastructure.
• Zhone vendor support PO for Palm hills existing Zhone infrastructure.
• PO for civil&Passive network infrastructure (Fiber cables , ODFs , Splitters ,microduct , manholes , handholes …..).
• PO for active network hardware (OLTs , core routers , core Switches , ….)

 Lead of establishment of service standards and develop strategies to ensure meeting internal and external customer expectations and taking appropriate actions for improvement to introduce superior services to palm hills.
 Lead introduction of new optimized solutions which can enhance E2E performance to palm hills end customers.
 Supporting EBU in technical feasibility and solution design for new products.
 Building flexible and innovative connectivity and B2B solutions to increase business revenue.
 Make sure that Etisalat provides the latest state of the ART technology to their customers which will increase Etisalat market share and supports EBU units in achieving their target.
 Design ICT and smart solutions required as phase2 of Etisalat – palm hills partnerships.
 Etisalat, ISP and partners Capabilities and standardization for EBU services to be used for palm hills.
 Lead execution of service standards and develop strategies to ensure meeting internal and external customer expectations and taking appropriate actions for improvement to serve palm hills end customers.
 Takes leading action in clarifying the boundaries of acceptable risk to achieve quality results.

Provide B2B Gated Communities and Business Parks Offering activities:
 Manage assessment of palm hills gated communities & business parks opportunities from presales team including smart solutions , expansion phases and end customers.
 Lead different stakeholders to Provide a tailored optimized E2E solution for each end customer opportunity at palm hills.
 Lead different stakeholders to provide Full solution design, costing, Business model and business case for gated compound and Business Parks
 Lead technical meetings & surveys with gated compounds palm hills to get the required technical data.
 Manage the assessment and validation of the provided commercial forecast in terms of technical POV.
 Lead all Etisalat committee members (technical , commercial , IT , security , …) for the systems and network integration between Etisalat and palm and develop operation process and SLAs.
 Lead different stakeholders to provide Solutions for Etisalat Business , retail and residential customers inside palm hills compounds.
 Lead the design and costing of smart city solutions for palm gated compounds and business parks.
 Lead the design and costing of smart home solutions inside gated compounds.
 Review all acquired opportunities’ contract from technical scope including all party scope of work , roles & responsibility of each parties, delivery plan , technical disclaimers , and technical annexes.
 Design the low-levl solution , get the required budget versus the business case , and trigger the POs to suppliers to start delivery , maintenance and operation.
 Lead technical stakeholders to provide Full solution design, costing , delivery and operation palm hills end customer based on:-
 GPON and Point to Point
 Passive Fiber and Copper
 Active solutions (GPON , Switching network).
 Support and maintenance.
 Spare parts.
 Subcontractors and in-house partnerships.
 Transmissions solutions (Fiber & wireless).
 Telecom Egypt connectivity’s and partnerships for fiber and fixed.
 Quad play services (Voice, Data, IPTV, GSM)
 Consumer, Retail, Enterprise solutions Infrastructure
