PROJECT SUPPORT DEVELOPER

Assist in the development and maintenance of in-house applications under the guidance of the Project Support Manager and the Senior team members to meet end users' requirements efficiently and effectively

RESPONSABILITIES: Design, code, and deploy user-friendly, scalable web applications tailored to construction workflows
Configure and optimize web server environment, connect web apps with tools like Primavera P6, In Eight, and other project management systems
Build and maintain databases, ensuring secure and efficient data storage and retrieval
Conduct thorough testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing updates based on user feedback
Work with various departments to gather requirements and align applications with business needs
Create technical documentation and train users on application functionalities
Research and implement emerging web technologies to enhance applications and ensure compliance with security best practices
Implement robust user authentication and authorization measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with security standards
Assist in coordinating activities with several sections to ensure progress and completion of work under the direction of senior data engineers
Assist users’ critical requirements and help them in customizing processes to automate them
Monitor and improve work progress to ensure timely completion while adhering to quality standards
Support in the assessment of working practices and system to continuously improve system performance

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 5 years of related work experience in similar industries
