Bidding / Construction Administration Phase:
- Process and review all bidding and construction administration paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and maintain Contract Documents, Addenda, Submittals, Pay Certificates, Architect’s Supplemental Instructions (ASI), Architect’s Proposal Requests (APR), and Change Orders.
- Review and track DSA (Division of the State Architect) and other regulatory documents.
- Ensure all documentation complies with project specifications and regulatory standards.
- Maintain organized project files and assist with correspondence between project stakeholders.
Design Phases:
- Process Schematic Design and Design Development paperwork, including OPSC/CDE submissions and related documentation.
- Prepare and organize Construction Documents, including Specifications and Contract Documents, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all project phases.
General Duties:
- Assist project managers and architects with document control and project coordination tasks.
- Maintain and update internal tracking systems for project documentation.
- Support the team with miscellaneous administrative or project-related tasks as assigned.
