Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project/Turn Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support Director of Property Management in planning, executing, and completing projects and turns on time and within approved spend levels. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop project management/turn skills while contributing to successfully delivering various projects.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Property Management in developing project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures- Help coordinate projects and turn activities, resources, and information
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines using project management software Participate in team meetings and take detailed notes
- Update and maintain project/turn documentation, including status reports
- Communicate with assigned vendors to collect updates on task progress
- Assist in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies
- Help manage project/turn spend and track expenses
- Coordinate with ARG team, vendors, contractors, and other external stakeholders
- Prepare and distribute project communications to relevant team members
- Support/change management processes as needed
- Assist with quality assurance activities
- All other duties as assigned
Position Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in a project coordination or maintenance supervision role- Maintain a valid driver’s license with insured operating vehicle
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Experience with property management software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Preferred Requirements
Experience in budget tracking and financial reporting- Background in the specific industry of the hiring company
- Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams)
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
