Role Overview
As our Project/Campaign Coordinator Intern on the Influencer Marketing team, you’ll help plan and manage influencer campaigns from start to finish. You’ll keep timelines clear, assets moving, and communication flowing between internal teams and creator partners — making sure every campaign stays on track and aligned across teams.
This is a full-time, intermediate-level role built for interns who are detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in structured, fast-paced environments where organization is key.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain campaign calendars, tracking content deadlines and launch dates
- Coordinate deliverables and follow-ups with influencer marketing and creative teams
- Keep internal trackers and status docs up to date across gifting, outreach, and approvals
- Ensure all campaign assets (photos, videos, captions) are submitted, labeled, and stored properly
- Monitor project milestones and flag blockers or misalignments
- Support reporting efforts by gathering links, screenshots, and post-campaign recaps
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Confident working with tools like Google Sheets, Airtable, or Notion
- Clear communicator who can manage updates across multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable juggling timelines, asset flow, and team alignment
- Bonus: Familiarity with influencer marketing timelines or creator workflows
You’re a Great Fit If You Are:
- A natural project organizer who loves checklists, trackers, and structured workflows
- Detail-obsessed and quick to catch when something’s late, missing, or misaligned
- Calm under pressure and comfortable keeping others on schedule
- Excited by behind-the-scenes planning and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Curious about how marketing, content, and operations intersect in brand campaigns
Who Should Apply
- Students or recent grads with experience in project coordination, marketing, or operations
- Interns looking to grow skills in campaign management and influencer workflow execution

What You’ll Gain
- Practical experience managing influencer marketing campaigns across platforms
- Skills in cross-team coordination, deadline tracking, and deliverable oversight
- Deeper understanding of how brand campaigns move from plan to publish
