Projects and utilities lead

Job qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in industrial maintenance, utilities, and project management within FMCG or food manufacturing environments .
• Strong knowledge of utility systems including boilers, air compressors, HVAC systems, refrigeration systems, water treatment, and electrical distribution networks.
• Proven experience in managing capital projects from concept design through commissioning and handover.
• Familiarity with food safety and quality standards such as HACCP, GMP, and ISO requirements.
• Experience in contractor management, budgeting, cost control, and project scheduling.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and technical specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
