Projects & Governance Analyst FP&A

Summary:

Lead cost committee, oversee credit committee, drive key projects and govern business case approvals / PIRs across all segments of the company. This role will play a critical part in enhancing financial efficiency, ensuring disciplined investment decision and improving financial systems and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the Cost Committee session is conducted monthly with monthly actualization of all initiatives identified and baked in the forecasts, ensure proper follow up of all action items and ensure any red flags are timely reported to segment heads.
• Ensure the Credit Committee session is conducted monthly with monthly actualization of all initiatives identified and baked in the forecasts, ensure proper follow up of all action items and ensure any red flags are timely reported to segment heads.
• Prepare the competition analysis report for revenue market share and customer’ market share & revamp the standard templates for competition analysis and enhance the depth of analysis and insights.
• Working closely with business partners to deliver the Zero-Based Budgeting exercise.
• Ensure delivery of EPBCSC planning and budgeting module by working as project manager and ensuring timely delivery of the tool.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, business partnering, or financial performance management.
• Experience working with senior committees (e.g., cost, credit, or investment committees) and preparing decision-support materials.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and business case evaluation, including post-investment reviews.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate numbers into clear insights and recommendations.
