Projects Head (Swimming Pool & Water Features)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple swimming pool, water feature, Jacuzzi, and splash pad projects from planning to handover.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring quality, safety, timely completion, and budget control.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
• Plan and manage project resources, including manpower, materials, equipment, and machinery.
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Implement value engineering and cost-control measures.
• Prepare project schedules, weekly progress reports, and client presentations.
• Ensure all project documentation and correspondence are properly managed.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior project management or Head of Projects role.
• Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of swimming pool construction, water features, hydraulic systems, and MEP coordination.
