PROJECT MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of interior design and fit-out projects, including planning, execution, and handover.
- Collaborate with clients, designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.
- Supervise sites work to ensure alignment with approved designs, specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Manage subcontractors and site personnel, ensuring efficient coordination and compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct regular site visits and meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and risk assessments to stakeholders.
- Ensure all necessary permits, inspections, and approvals are obtained in a timely manner.
- Lead project handover processes and ensure client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- BTech in civil engineering.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of project management experience in the interior fit-out industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, interior finishes, and MEP coordination.
- Proficiency in project management and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, SketchUp, or similar).
- Strong understanding of local building codes, health & safety regulations, and permitting processes.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
- Philippine nationals with relevant UAE experience are highly encouraged to apply.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
