Projects Manager

Job Purpose:

The Projects Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards. This role oversees all project phases—from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure—while ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects according to company goals and client requirements.

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.

• Prepare project budgets and ensure financial control and accountability.

• Manage project teams, including engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Coordinate with internal departments (Procurement, Finance, HR, etc.) to ensure project efficiency.

• Monitor project progress, performance, and quality standards.

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Conduct regular progress meetings with stakeholders and issue status reports.

• Ensure all health, safety, and environmental standards are followed.

• Oversee project handover, documentation, and close-out procedures.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and vendors.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in project management (depending on industry).

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).

• PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
