Projects Manager

A Construction Project Manager (PM) plans, executes, and finalizes building projects, overseeing everything from initial concept to completion, ensuring they finish on time, within budget, and to quality standards by managing teams, schedules, costs, resources, safety, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and work schedules; obtain permits and licenses.
• Budget & Cost Control: Prepare estimates, monitor expenses, and control costs to stay within funding limits.
• Team & Resource Management: Lead project teams, hire personnel, assign tasks, and coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
• Quality & Safety: Implement quality control, ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and site safety protocols.
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and vendors; provide regular progress reports and manage expectations.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
• Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits, monitor progress, and resolve issues as they arise.

Core Duties

• Overseeing all project phases from initiation to closeout.
• Managing budgets, costs, and financial forecasts.
• Coordinating subcontractors and trades.
• Ensuring compliance with codes and regulations.
• Preparing and submitting project documentation (RFIs, change orders, reports).
• Reporting project status, progress, and challenges.

Essential Skills

• Deep understanding of construction processes, codes, and safety.

Requirement:

• More than 15 years; which includes 5 years mandatory experience as Projects Manager within UAE.
• Holder of a valid Sharjah Engineering License.
• Dubai Engineering License will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD files and Microsoft Project.
• Preferred with experience in Primavera and Revit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
