Roles and Responsibilities

Preparing preliminary studies and designs for development and construction projects.

Preparing technical specifications, tender documents, and requests for proposals from engineering firms and contractors.

Evaluating technical and financial bids and selecting the most suitable one in coordination with management.

Supervising design and implementation works and ensuring their compliance with approved specifications and standards.

Monitoring project schedules, cost control, and quality of execution.

Continuous coordination with other departments (production, maintenance, procurement, and safety) to ensure seamless implementation.

Preparing periodic reports for management on project progress and technical observations. Reviewing and approving execution plans, quantities, and payment certificates.

Supervising periodic maintenance and development work in factories, warehouses, and silos.

Complying with building codes and municipal, industrial, and environmental regulations.

Good knowledge of local building codes and regulations and industrial safety standards.

Proficiency in using engineering software and project management (MS, Revit, AutoCAD, Project, Primavera).

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, preferably with experience in industrial projects.

- At least 6 years of practical experience in managing industrial or construction projects.

Skills:

Effective reporting, communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Ability to travel between project sites in different cities.

Teamwork skills and a strong sense of responsibility.

Attention to detail and meticulous follow-up.

Excellent communication skills with various internal and external stakeholders.

Proficient in negotiation, contract management, and supplier relations
