Job Title: Senior Project Manager / Projects Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Projects Manager to lead and oversee multiple construction projects. The role demands strong operational control, commercial awareness, and leadership across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee all project operations across multiple sites
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
• Oversee full building scope: civil, structural, finishing, and MEP coordination
• Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and materials across projects
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and cost performance
• Manage contracts, variations, claims, and commercial risks
• Support tendering and ensure operational feasibility of bids
• Enforce HSEQ standards and QA/QC procedures
• Review and drive project schedules (Primavera/MS Project)
• Lead and develop Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
• Report progress, KPIs, and forecasts to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 15+ years of experience (minimum 5 years in leadership role)
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
