Job Summary:
The Projects Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing construction and real estate development projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. The role involves coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Scheduling:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets and financial reports.
- Team Management & Coordination:
- Lead and supervise project teams, including site engineers, consultants, and contractors.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure accountability.
- Conduct regular project meetings to update teams and management.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities for approvals, permits, and inspections.
- Address client queries and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Project Execution & Quality Control:
- Oversee all stages of project execution from design, procurement, and construction.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve any design, technical, or operational issues.
- Risk Management & Problem Solving:
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when required.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare regular progress reports, budgets, and project documentation for management review.
- Maintain records of contracts, change orders, and correspondence with stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in project management within real estate or construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and Estidama/Sustainability standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
