Project Manager Basic requirements

i- Engineering in Telecom (IT) or Electronics

ii- Experience in Data Network and Low current systems (ICT & Sec and low current systems)

iii- Ready to work in any city of KSA (Specially in Al Hasa and Khobar)

Project Manager responsibilities

1- Lead the Site activities and Site teams

2- Mainly focuses on execution of physical work at site.

3- Monitoring construction at site as per project specifications

4- Make sure all the technical information is available for the Project and if missing follow with technical team to arrange it

5- Follow up for company submittals (Drawings, Technical submittals etc.)

6- Find out the solution for the technical issue raised by Site teams

7- Follow up for Invoicing

8- Provide the required documents to the site team to implement and make sure all the team are using approved documents

9- Make sure to Follow the approved BOQ and Drawings

10- Request the material as per site stages requirement under the approved scope and BOQ

11- Make sure all the teams are under plan and the tasks are under schedule

12- Solve the site issue with all relevant contractors and stakeholders

13- Attend all the meetings with Site teams, QC, Safety, T&C team, and any site matter meetings with other contractors to solve and expedite the scheduled tasks

14- Attend client Walkthroughs whenever requested to discuss the progress and site reediness matters

15- Update the daily or weekly progress reports and share to direct supervisor

16- Able to handle the pressure of work from management and client side
