Projects manager for construction sector

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or higher.
• Minimum 15 years of UAE experience in construction project execution and management.
• Proven practical experience in contracting companies is mandatory.
• Nationality Preference: Arab nationals.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of engineering specifications and building regulations.
• Supervising work teams and subcontractors.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficient in engineering software related to the field.
• Cost control and procurement monitoring.
• Coordination with consultants and project owners.
• Following up with local authorities and government procedures.
• Preparing contracts and required reports.

Preferred Qualification:

Preference will be given to candidates holding a Project Management certification

Pay: AED28,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
