Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Mechanical Engineer) to oversee the production, fabrication, and installation of signage and outdoor media projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring efficiency in execution, strict quality control, and on-time delivery, while maintaining safety and engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Production & Fabrication

• Supervise signage fabrication processes including cutting, welding, bending, and digital printing.
• Ensure accurate assembly and finishing as per technical drawings.
• Conduct regular quality inspections during and after production.

Installation & Site Management

• Manage on-site installations, ensuring structural stability and precision alignment.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and technical teams to meet project schedules.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards.

Material & Equipment Management

• Monitor material usage and control inventory to avoid delays.
• Ensure maintenance and proper use of machines, tools, and equipment.
• Liaise with suppliers for cost-effective and high-quality material procurement.

Troubleshooting & Process Improvement

• Identify and resolve technical or on-site challenges.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement strategies to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in signage production, fabrication, and installation, with proven project management expertise.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of signage manufacturing, welding, CNC operations, and AutoCAD.
• Understanding of structural loads, material properties, and safety standards.
• Hands-on knowledge of fabrication and installation methods.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent project management and leadership abilities.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
