Projects Manager _ Interior Fitout

• Project Leadership: Oversee the full project lifecycle for [Commercial/Residential/Retail] fit-outs.
• Financial Management: Manage project budgets, prepare BOQs, and handle variations and final accounts.
• Site Supervision: Coordinate with site engineers and foremen to ensure daily progress meets the master schedule.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants to resolve technical queries (RFIs).
• Quality & Safety: Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and meets "A-grade" finishing standards.
• Procurement: Manage the timely delivery of long-lead items and specialist materials

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
