Projects Manager - interior fitouts

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Projects Manager to oversee and deliver interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. The role involves managing project planning, design coordination, procurement, execution, and handover while ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met. The Projects Manager will lead site teams, liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors, and ensure compliance with safety, technical, and contractual standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and deliver interior fit-out projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, and subcontractors.
• Review drawings, material submittals, and technical specifications.
• Oversee site execution, quality control, and health & safety compliance.
• Manage project costs, variations, and progress reporting.
• Ensure timely procurement and installation of materials and furniture.
• Lead project handover, snagging, and close-out documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in managing interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
