Projects Manager – Piling Works

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Projects Manager – Piling Works to lead and manage our piling and deep foundation projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate must have 15–16 years of experience in the same field, with strong technical knowledge and proven leadership skills in managing large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Management

Develop and implement project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

Manage project budgets, cost control, and progress monitoring.

Ensure project completion within approved timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.

Technical & Engineering Supervision

Review geotechnical reports and recommend appropriate piling and foundation systems.

Oversee technical submittals, method statements, and shop drawings.

Resolve technical issues and provide expert guidance during project execution.

Health, Safety & Quality

Enforce compliance with company HSE standards and UAE regulations.

Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures.

Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Coordination

Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities (e.g., DM, Trakhees, RTA, ADM, etc.).

Attend technical and progress meetings, providing professional representation for the company.

Maintain positive client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Team Leadership

Supervise and support project engineers, site managers, and supervisors.

Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials.

Mentor junior staff and promote a collaborative work environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).

15–16 years of experience in piling, shoring, and deep foundation projects within the UAE.

In-depth knowledge of piling techniques, geotechnical principles, and construction practices.

Proficiency in Primavera (P6), MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Solid understanding of UAE construction standards and authority procedures.

Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
