Projects Sales Executive - Red Sea

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Jotun Egypt is looking for a talented Sales Executive to join our Decorative retail Sales team in the Red Sea area.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing projects across the Red Sea area, while promoting and selling our product range to both existing and new key customers. You will have the opportunity to build strong customer relationships, capitalize on market potential, and effectively handle both sales and technical inquiries. Your contributions will support the achievement of our targets related to sales, gross margin, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and customer satisfaction.

This position will be based in Hurghada and will report to the Area Sales Manager - East Area.

Responsibilities:

• Manage key accounts, conduct market visits, and track new projects to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

• Monitor and influence key projects to ensure Jotun products are specified and used while maintaining strong customer relationships.

• To follow up and monitor Key Dealers/Projects closely by ensuring Jotun’s products are used to achieve the targeted sales budget

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service and support.

• Generate new business by analyzing market trends, visiting potential customers, and responding quickly to quotations and inquiries.

• Co-ordinate with internal departments like Customer Service, Marketing, and Production to ensure high-quality service is provided

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related field, (Engineering is a plus)

• 3+ years of experience in sales is a Must.

• Relevant experience in retail and handling projects is preferred.

• Red Sea residents are preferred.

• Should be able to communicate in English and Arabic.
