Job Purpose
Attend at GC Enterprise Or Consumer side with laptop to modify configuration on ONU/ONT/switch/router, also handle network tasks with the required software.

v Attend/Manage Home Visit plan of Daily tasks.
v Distribute the work load for IT team.
v Receive updates & confirm connection recovery.

v Proficient in the use of various types of test lines physically
v Proficient in the use of computers and various software.
v Proficient in the Command line operation of Cisco network or ADSL customer routers.

Gated Compound Tasks:
Solve the daily tasks of GC (Installation/Maintenance) related to
1- Business Park:
- Acceptance tasks (accepting the new customers installed and assure that the installation process meets the agreed process.
- Operation tasks (visiting the customers sites and solving their problems after complaining)
2- Residential:
- Configuring the modem and testing the service from the basement before visiting the customer.
- Visiting the customer and confirming that there is no problem in the fiber path.
- Wiring the customer and connecting the service.
- Installing the STB (IPTV).

Field Network Tasks:
Give high technical support to field service engineer/ Senior Engineer by reviewing every Incident/Tasks history and make conclusion for action needed to grantee network stability.
- Confirm with concerned Team “FO, Access and Core” Network teams the closing statistics (quantity and quality).
- Confirm all Acceptance tickets with field service engineer/ senior engineer before send department feedback (accept/Reject/accept with snags) to Network Deployment team/External vendor.
- Prepare & present a daily/weekly/monthly report to Field service Sr. Supervisor to indicate quantity and quality of closed tickets.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

Computer science degree and above.
QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE

Always search on the last update of firmware/IOS and get the difference in each update.
