Job Title: Prometric Trainer

Job Summary

The Prometric Trainer will be responsible for training nurses and healthcare professionals to successfully clear the Prometric exam for GCC countries. The trainer will design, deliver, and evaluate training sessions, ensuring high-quality learning outcomes and improved pass rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct Prometric coaching sessions (online/offline) for candidates.
• Develop lesson plans, study materials, practice tests, and mock exams aligned with Prometric syllabus.
• Monitor student performance and provide individual feedback and improvement plans.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Prometric exam patterns, syllabus changes, and evaluation criteria.
• Track attendance, marks, progress, and exam results of all students.
• Support students with exam registration guidance and study planning.
• Ensure high-quality classroom engagement and maintain discipline.
• Contribute to academic planning and curriculum updation.
• Participate in student orientation, parent/student meetings, and academic reviews when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing / Healthcare / Life Sciences (Mandatory)
• Proven experience as a Prometric / NCLEX / DHA / HAAD / MOH trainer preferred
• Strong knowledge in Medical-Surgical, General Nursing, and Core Nursing subjects
• Excellent communication, teaching, and mentoring skills
• Ability to handle online learning platforms and digital teaching tools
