OET Tutor(All Modules)-ONLINE

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate OET Nurse Trainer to conduct training across all four OET modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in teaching OET or similar English language courses for nurses and a strong understanding of the healthcare terminology and professional communication standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective training for all 4 OET modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
• Assess learners’ proficiency and provide personalized feedback to improve performance.
• Develop lesson plans, practice exercises, mock tests, and other learning materials.
• Stay updated with OET exam patterns, updates, and healthcare terminologies.
• Mentor and motivate students to achieve their target OET scores.
• Track student progress and report outcomes to management.
• Conduct online and/or classroom sessions as per the academy’s schedule.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Registered Nurse with valid license/registration in their home country.
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching OET or English language courses for nurses.
• Strong understanding of healthcare terminologies and clinical scenarios.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners of varied proficiency levels.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital learning tools (preferred).
