Prompt Engineer

We are seeking a highly creative Prompt Engineer with strong storytelling skills and a deep understanding of AI media tools to generate engaging AI-driven video content for Facebook and MSN. This role combines creative strategy, prompt design, and AI tool mastery to produce eye-catching short-form videos that align with brand guidelines and drive audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, test, and optimize prompts for AI video generation tools to produce high-quality, platform-ready videos.
• Generate short-form and long-form video content tailored specifically for Facebook and MSN audience behavior and algorithmic best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing, social media, and editorial teams to translate content ideas into compelling AI-generated videos.
• Maintain a library of effective prompts, templates, and workflows to increase content production efficiency.
• Ensure all video outputs match brand voice, visual identity guidelines, and content standards.
• Analyze performance metrics and refine prompts to improve engagement, retention, and CTR.
• Stay updated on emerging AI generation tools, trends, and best practices for content creation.
• Troubleshoot issues with AI-generated outputs and provide creative solutions for improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating content using AI video generation tools (e.g., heygen, Sora, ).
• Strong background in prompt engineering, creative writing, or multimedia production.
• Understanding of Facebook and MSN content formats, audience engagement patterns, and platform algorithms.
• Ability to craft highly detailed prompts that control visual style, narrative, pacing, and tone.
• Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data to refine content strategy.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in digital marketing, social media, or news/media publishing.
• Knowledge of trends in AI content creation, storytelling, and visual design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Creativity, curiosity, and willingness to experiment with new tools and methods.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
