Proofreader (Pharmaceutical)

What will you do?

• Alignment of content with approved script(s).
• General hygiene in terms of spelling and adherence to style specifications.
• Typesetting checks including correctness of font and symbols; text and image clarity/visibility; aesthetics (alignment, layout, consistency); formatting, spacing.
• General basic functionality and link checks.
• Ensure the project deliverable output matches the source asset and is grammatically correct as per the requirements defined for the program.
• Responsible to ensure all client comments are addressed for the deliverables assigned.
• Responsible to collaborate with internal stakeholders for seamless deliveries.

What will you need?

• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical ecosystem and industry regulations.
• Knowledge of promotional material processes for medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) submissions.
• Experience in the pharma or pharmaceutical services industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, establish standard procedures, and work as a team player.
• Deliver high-quality work while meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy between source and output files.
• Commitment to data integrity during proofreading and amendment stages.
• Adherence to quality systems, processes, and policies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with onsite and cross-functional teams.
• Compliance with training requirements and specifications.
