Property Acquisition Manager

Our holiday homes company is expanding its short-term rental portfolio in Dubai and is looking for an experienced Property Acquisition Manager to drive residential unit sourcing and master lease acquisitions.
This is a high-impact role suited for professionals with hands-on experience in holiday homes, Airbnb operations, or short-term rentals, who understand what makes a unit profitable and scalable in Dubai’s market.

You will play a key role in growing our managed portfolio by securing high-quality units directly from landlords, developers, and brokerage networks.

Key Responsibilities

● Source residential properties suitable for short-term rentals through landlords, developers, and real estate agents

● Negotiate and close master lease agreements for holiday home operations

● Assess unit performance, pricing, and ROI for short-term rental use

● Ensure full compliance with DTCM, Ejari, and Dubai regulations

● Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and brokers

● Coordinate with operations, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new units

● Maintain an active pipeline of potential acquisitions and track conversion performance

● Coordinate furnishing process after signing a new unit

Qualifications & Requirements

● 3–5 years of experience in property sourcing, leasing, business development, or holiday homes

● Proven track record of closing residential leases for short-term or serviced accommodation

● Strong existing network within Dubai’s real estate market

● Solid understanding of DTCM licensing, Ejari, and leasing processes

● Highly proactive, results-driven, and confident in negotiations

● Strong communication and relationship-management skills

Experience Required:

● Holiday Homes / Short-Term / Real Estate Rentals: Minimum 3 years (Holiday Homes experience is a plus)
